There are currently over 400 Armenian citizens in Egypt, a spokesman for the RA Foreign Ministry said.

“None of our citizens was injured during the protests. We keep in touch with them through the embassy in the online mode,” Tigran Balayan told PanARMENIAN.Net.

Earlier, the Foreign Ministry warned Armenian citizens against traveling to Egypt. The Ministry also provided the phone number of the embassy in Cairo (+202 27374157) for inquiries in case of necessity.
