Russian envoy hails cooperation with Armenian police

Armenian police chief, Lieutenant General Vladimir Gasparyan met Russian ambassador to Ivan Volynkin Wednesday, July 3.

At the meeting, Gasparyan welcomed cooperation between the two countries’ police structures, stressing the importance of constant mutual feedback in strengthening partnership between the law enforcement sectors.

The Armenian official also briefed the envoy on the progress in the police staff training, hailing cooperation with Russian educational institutions in contributing to the process.

The ambassador, in turn, stressed the importance of cooperation with the Armenian police, expressing readiness for joint work.
