NKR President Arkady Ghukasyan is right to say that Armenia should quit the negotiation process with Azerbaijan, Director of Pan-Armenian Commonwealth NGO, Doctor of political sciences Armen Ayvazyan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. "I fully agree with NKR's President. Armenia should have quitted the negotiation process after the murder of the Armenian officer in Budapest or at least after the destruction of the Armenian cemetery in Djulfa," he said. In his words, Armenia should introduce the above mentioned incidents in the negotiation format. "This is a well known device applied in diplomatic practice - to refuse form participation in order to return with new proposals. It is impossible to stay on the same position all the time," Ayvazyan considers.

To remind, NKR President Arkady Ghukasyan stated that Armenia should refuse from negotiations with Azerbaijan. "Baku will not agree on talks with Stepanakert unless Armenia holds a dialogue with Azerbaijan without Karabakh. "It's natural that Baku is interested in talks with Armenia, since it derives good propaganda effect here - it's easier to prove that Armenia is an aggressor and seized Azerbaijani lands. I have a formula: when Baku holds negotiations with Armenia, it spreads propaganda. When it starts talks with Nagorno Karabakh it will be a signal that Azerbaijan tries to solve the problem," NKR President assures.
