Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with his Moldovan counterpart Nicolae Timofti ahead of the European People’s Party-organized Eastern Partnership summit.

At the meeting, the parties focused on bilateral political dialogue and trade relations, with cooperation agreements signed between the two countries’ Ministries of Culture and Agriculture.

The Armenian leader also met with Moldovan Prime Minister Iurie Leancă to discuss development of trade turnover.
