The parliamentary factions of the NKR National Assembly made a statement on the 18th anniversary of the Sumgait tragedy. The days of commemoration of the Sumgait victims are not only the days of mourning but also the days of unification of Karabakh people for achieving the principal goal - the recognition of the NKR by the international community, the statement says, reported Karabakh Online.
