Armenians, who Asked Asylum in Baku in 2003, Left Azerbaijan
Artur Apresyan and Roman Teryan, who arrived in Azerbaijan a few years ago and were held at the National Security Ministry of Azerbaijan, have already left the territory of the country, head of the PR Center of the National Security Ministry of Azerbaijan Arif Babayev said. In his words, the National Security Ministry of Azerbaijan long ago transferred Artur Apresyan and Roman Teryan to the UN High Commissariat for Refugees, «After that I did not have any information about them. I can say for sure that Artur Apresyan and Roman Teryan have left the territory of Azerbaijan.» As of the country, to which these individuals were conveyed to, Babayev advised asking the UN High Commissariat for Refugees. Artur Apresyan and Roman Teryan sought asylum in Azerbaijan in 2003 owing to reasons so far unknown.
