The Volgograd region Prosecutor General's Office ruled to halt the construction of the Baku Park and a monument to Heydar Aliyev.

The earlier inspection discovered that construction on the territory of the park hasn’t been agreed with the region’s ministry of culture, and nor was a permission for construction works provided.

Also, requests have been addressed to the state building inspection to conduct and unscheduled check-out and take necessary measures.
