According to a decree issued by the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan, Colonel Vyacheslav Danielyan was appointed as deputy commander of the NKR defense army for the next 5 years, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
