The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Silk Plant Co Ltd on Thursday, August 29 to familiarize himself with the enterprise’s activities.

The President stressed the importance of the plant which encompasses textile, sewing, carpet and wool workshops. According to President Sahakyan, the factory's operating at full capacity, will allow reviving the former glory of the Artsakh's light industry.

The President was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Aghabekyan and other officials, the Central Information Department at Artsakh President's press service reported.
