Samsung's Galaxy Gear smartwatch will come in 6GB and 8GB storage variants, according to a report, Digital Spy said.
AmongTech cites sources from a Samsung warehouse in the US claiming that the device will be powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor and 1GB of RAM.
The report also suggests that the wearable tech product will support up to 10 hours of battery life.
Other listed specs include a 2.5-inch OLED display with a 320x320 resolution, and the Jelly Bean version of Google's Android operating system.
The latest report also lists a 4-megapixel camera capable of shooting in 720p, considerably higher than the 2-megapixel snapper listed in previous leaks.
Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Gear at next month's IFA trade show alongside the Galaxy Note 3.
