A list of specs for the upcoming HTC Harmony has surfaced online, Digital Spy said.

The device will reportedly be based on the design of the HTC One, and use the latest GDR3 version of Windows Phone 8.

Specifications published on Windows Phone Blogging (via Pocket-lint) state that the new HTC Windows phone will have 32GB of storage, a 4.7inch Super LCD-3 1080p display and 2GB RAM.

Other rumoured features include Beats Audio technology and the same Ultrapixel camera unit as the HTC One.

There is also talk that HTC is developing its own operating system.

The HTC Harmony is expected to be unveiled in November.
