Russian President to travel to Armenia December 1

Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a working visit to Armenia on December 1 or 2, the chair of the Union of the Armenians of Russia told Azatutyun radio station.

Ara Abrahamyan confirmed the information as verified, in accordance to the previous agreement between the two countries’ leaders.

As he further noted, economic, political and strategic issues will be on the presidential meeting agenda, among other areas to be discussed.

According to Abrahamyan, Yerevan will host an Armenian-Russian business forum on December 1 through 4, with Russian delegation to include 500 members, representing the country’s regions and business sector.
