Serge Sargsyan Sure Ramil Safarov to Serve Deserved Sentence
When commenting on the latest court session on the case of the murder of Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan Secretary of the National Security Council at the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sarsgyan said, "I believe in the Hungarian justice and sure that the criminal will serve the sentence he deserves," RA Defense Minister's Spokesman, col. Seyran Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net.
To remind, the Hungarian prosecutor demanded life imprisonment at that 30 years without the right of amnesty. The prosecutor said the murder was committed with extreme cruelty and is a threat for the national security of Hungary. He also underscored that when committing the crime Safarov was sane. For her part, Hungarian lawyer Gabriela Kaspar stated that Margaryan's murder should be classified as genocide since it was committed through national hatred.
