Turkish President Abdullah Gul said that he discussed the Nagorno Karabakh conflict during a meeting with Azeri leader Ilham Aliyev.

As he told a news conference, bilateral ties were discussed along with regional issues. “Karabakh conflict is a national issue for Ankara and Baku,” TRT Haber quoted Gul as saying.
