Tigran Manukian, injured in the November 13 shelling along with four other Armenians, died in Aleppo, Perio News reported on its Facebook page.

According to the news source, Armenian Red Cross will donate Euro 270 thousand to Syrian Armenians who returned to their historic homeland.

Before the war, there were 80,000 Armenians living in Syria, most of them in Aleppo. When hostilities broke out, 10,000 people fled to Armenia while 5,000 settled in neighboring Lebanon.

120,000 people have been killed in the fighting that has ravaged Syria for two-and-a-half years, according to the UN.
