Colin Firth, Samuel L. Jackson in "The Secret Service" on-set pic

A series of pictures taken from the Surrey set of "The Secret Service" has just landed online. One of the photos shows Samuel L. Jackson pulling the trigger and aiming his gun at Colin Firth at a church in the south of England, AceShowbiz said.

Firth suited up, while Jackson donned a jacket and denims combo. "The King's Speech" actor plays British spy Jack London, and the "Inglourious Basterds" star portrays the villain. Michael Caine who plays London's superior is also spotted on the set.

Based on the comic book created by "Kick-Ass" writer Dave Gibbons and "Watchmen" artist Mark Millar, the film follows London taking his nephew under his wing to save him from falling into a bad crowd. Rumor has it, celebrities like Taylor Swift, Adele and David Beckham will make cameo appearances.

Miller said of his latest work, "Secret Service is the ramifications of [how] America is struggling on the world stage, funding is being seriously undercut to balance the books and some people are trying their best to take advantage of the fragile global situation."

The film is directed by Matthew Vaughn.
