"The war with Azerbaijan is not completed, it just acquired a different form," he said. In his words, the current policy of the Azerbaijani authorities maintains elements of war and this can be proved by the transport blockade of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh as well as militaristic rhetoric.

According the Armenian parliamentarian the present situation demands revision of the parliamentary diplomacy of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh. Armen Rustamian underscored that Azerbaijan's policy should receive an adequate response. "Cruelty should be returned for cruelty," he said.
