Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum officially have graduated high school and are off to college to solve a new drug-dealing scheme in the new trailer released for “22 Jump Street”, Variety reported.
The latest peek into the summer film features plenty of witty banter and self-aware humor between the two leads. Of course, there is also plenty of college partying and beer-induced humorous antics befit for a “21 Jump Street” follow-up.
“Ladies, nobody cared about the Jump Street reboot,” straight-faced Nick Offerman’s Deputy Chief Hardy says to Tatum and Hill, “But you got lucky.”
The sequel is directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller and will bow June 13.
