Nokia Lumia 630 budget smartphone image leaks online

Nokia is apparently adding a new budget device to its flagship range in the shape of the Lumia 630, Digital Spy said.

Internet tipster Evleaks has revealed a leaked photo of the smartphone suggesting that it will resemble a larger version of the Lumia 620.

Specs details for the wallet-friendly handset have appeared on Chinese forum Baidu, with a 4.5-inch 854 x 480 screen, Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB of RAM said to be included.

The Lumia 630 is rumoured to be one of the first devices to run the Windows 8.1 operating system, which will be unveiled at Microsoft's Build conference in April.

Nokia added two new budget devices to its smartphone line at the Mobile World Congress last week, unveiling the Nokia 220 and the Nokia Asha 230.

The Nordic phone maker also lifted the lid on its Android-powered Nokia X range, which is aimed at the emerging markets.
