As head of the voting project of the Armenian Public Television Ruben Muradyan told PanARMENIAN.Net, residents of Armenia will have the possibility to vote for the singer they liked via SMS or a phone call. The phone number will be announced just at the beginning of the contest. Voting service will be available within ten minutes. Several calls from the same number are allowed. As R.
