Apple testing long-rumoured iWatch with top athletes?

Apple's long-rumoured iWatch is said to be currently in testing with top athletes to see how it fares among professional sports players, Digital Spy said.

9to5Mac claims that LA Lakers basketball player Kobe Bryant recently visited Cupertino to test the device out.

It is already known that Apple has big plans to expand the fitness element of iOS in its next iteration, so it is likely that the iWatch will be looking to do the same.

Bryant was photographed at Apple's Infinite Loop headquarters. He was said to be alongside LA Kings ice hockey player Dustin Brown and an unknown player from the Boston Red Sox baseball team.

The new iWatch is said to be extremely sensor-heavy, featuring no fewer than 10 sensors for measuring different sorts of activity.
