The subscribers of the Option 1 of VivaCell-MTS’ “City Talks” tariff plan will henceforth get 3000 on-net minutes instead of 1500 before and 1500 MB of Internet instead of the 300 before, for the same monthly fee.

The “City Talks” postpaid tariff plan provides individuals and small enterprises with affordable options to control communication expenses. For a fixed monthly fee, the subscriber gets a bundle of embedded services, which can be chosen based on communication preferences, the company said in a press release.
