20th Century Fox released another trailer for Ridley Scott‘s “Exodus: Gods and Kings” on Wednesday, giving audiences another glimpse as Christian Bale as “the chosen one”, TheWrap said.

The preview shows Bale's Moses standing up to Egyptian pharaoh Ramses (Joel Edgerton), who is as close as a brother, but more than willing to have Moses and his family killed.

Luckily, Moses has God on his side, and this trailer gives the best preview yet of biblical elements like the burning bush and a parting sea, as well as all of those nasty plagues.

Aaron Paul, Sigourney Weaver, Ben Kingsley, and John Turturro co-star in the Dec. 12 release depicting Moses’ struggle to lead the Israelite slaves out of Egypt.
