Armenian border villagers get homes renovated, built

At the beginning of the year VivaCell-MTS and Fuller Center for Housing Armenia launched a project to assist 25 families from borderland villages of the country.

Six houses were renovated and two half-constructed houses built completely in the village of Yervanadashat.

‘’A few months ago there wasn’t even hope that the summer would be so productive and our dreams would come true,” said resident Varuzhan Avagyan.

“Entering new home symbolizes a new beginning for the family, with new hopes, aspirations and plans. All this is especially important in the border areas of our republic,” commented VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.

‘’Our partnership with VivaCell-MTS is very productive and now we see the results. By the end of the year, 25 families from four border villages of Armenia will have proper dwelling,’’ added Ashot Yeghiazaryan, Fuller Center for Housing Armenia President.

VivaCell-MTS has invested AMD 55 million in the housing project in the border villages of Armenia implemented by Fuller Center for Housing Armenia.
