Professor Kets de Vries will be hosting Leadership Challenges 2014 master class and leadership skills training for senior and middle management in Yerevan Oct 14 and 15.

Ameria’s management staff, partners and public agencies, as well as local and international organizations will participate in the master class.

The two-day training course will provide broader understanding of highly efficient teams, corporate culture and introduction of reforms.

The second day of training will focus on boosting the leadership skills of Ameria’s managerial staff, use of efficient motivation tools and constructive change within the company.

According to Armine Ghazaryan, head of Ameria's HR Unit, training aims to introduce best international practices in management and leadership.
