Léa Seydoux will reportedly star alongside Daniel Craig in the next James Bond movie.

The Blue Is the Warmest Colour actress will take on a femme fatale role in the 24th edition of the spy saga, Digital Spy said citing the Daily Mail.

The Parisian actress will apparently meet with stars Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Naomie Harris for a script read-through next month.

Seydoux is also due to star in dystopian drama The Lobster from Greek director Yorgos Lanthimos.

She has previously appeared in Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, Inglourious Basterds and The Grant Budapest Hotel.

Bond 24 is scheduled to release on October 23, 2015 in the UK and November 6, 2015 in the US.

Returning director Sam Mendes has promised that the new instalment will be the second part of Skyfall's story.
