Huawei rolls out Honor 6 smartphone with advanced LTE

Huawei has announced the Honor 6 smartphone, a handset with advanced LTE capabilities on board, according to Digital Spy.

The device features Cat 6 4G connectivity, enabling it to achieve data speeds of 300Mbps, making it future-proof in this respect.

The Honor 6 features a 5-inch 1080p display offering a 445ppi resolution, and an anti-fingerprint coating to keep it pristine.

Under the hood, the phone packs a powerful Kirin920 octa-core processor, comprising four A15 cores and four energy-efficient A7 cores, backed up by 3GB of RAM.

The eight-core chipset enables the device's 3,100mAh battery to keep things running for two days on a single charge, according to Huawei.

The Honor 6 includes a 13-mgapixel camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel snapper on the front. It is powered by an unspecified version of Android.
