Fans will greet Stephen Merchant‘s “Hello Ladies” once again on HBO, this time as “Hello Ladies: The Movie”, TheWrap said.

The canceled series will wrap up its loose ends when it debuts on the premium cable channel on Nov. 22. The film picks up at a point when Stuart (Merchant) learns that his British ex-girlfriend is planning to visit Los Angeles with her husband. He sets out to impress them with his glamorous lifestyle, enlisting a Russian model he's just met to play the role of his beautiful girlfriend.

“Hello Ladies” was canceled in January after one season. Merchant was the co-creator of the Golden Globe-winning BBC comedy series “The Office” and HBO's “Extras.” “Hello Ladies” represented a split with Ricky Gervais, who recently went to Netflix to produce and star in “Derek.”

In addition to Merchant, the film stars Christine Woods (Jessica), Nate Torrence (Wade), Kevin Weisman (Kives) and Kyle Mooney (Rory), with Sean Wing (Glenn) and Crista Flanagan (Marion) in guest roles. The film was produced in association with ABC Studios and directed by Merchant. The script was written and executive produced by Merchant, Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg.
