Armenian and Georgian FMs Discussed Regional Conflicts Settlement
During yesterday's meeting Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian and Georgian FM Gela Bejuashvili stressed that the implementation of economic, cultural and educational projects by the Georgian government will help to alleviate the socio-economic problems in the region, reported the RA MFA press office. Vartan Oskanian reiterated Armenian government's proposal to assist the Georgian authorities in resolving the problems available in Javakhk. When speaking of delimitation and demarcation of the Armenian-Georgian border the parties voiced assurance that the process will be completed within shortest terms.

Besides, the Ministers touched upon the European integration of the two states, specifically the European Neighborhood Policy and the strengthening of cooperation with the NATO. Oskanian and Bejuashvili referred to the settlement of conflicts in Nagorno Karabakh, Abkhazia and South Ossetia and also discussed the peculiarities of consideration of peaceful processes within international organizations.
