A new trailer for Wild Card has been unveiled, Digital Spy reported.

The action-packed clip features Jason Statham portraying a high-stakes Blackjack expert on the loose in Las Vegas.

Sofía Vergara, Stanley Tucci, Milo Ventimiglia, Michael Angarano and Anne Heche also feature in the movie.

Wild Card is an adaptation of William Goldman's novel Heat, based around a struggling gambling addict living in Las Vegas.

When Nick Wild (Statham) promises to take revenge on a gangster who beat up his friend, he finds himself in hot water.

A previous 1986 film adaptation starred Burt Reynolds.

Wild Card will be released in 2015.
