"Avengers: Age of Ultron" unveils new action-packed trailer

A new trailer from the highly-anticipated "Avengers: Age of Ultron" is out. Released during the College Football Playoff National Championship on ESPN on Monday, January 12, the second trailer promises more battles and destruction as the Earth's mightiest heroes fight the villainous Ultron, AceShowbiz reports.

The trailer starts with Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye standing amid chaos, directing people who are running to find a safe place. It also sees Ultron walking into a room, meeting the Avengers. "Ultron?" says Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner. "In the flesh." The trailer also sees Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man being slammed into the wall and a battle between the Hulkbuster and Hulk.

"Avengers: Age of Ultron" hits theaters in the U.S. on May 1. In addition to the said stars, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans reprise their roles as Thor, Black Widow and Captain America respectively. New characters such as Aaron Johnson's Quicksilver, Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch and Paul Bettany's The Vision will make appearances in the movie directed by Joss Whedon.
