New Samsung Galaxy S6 case renders show refreshed design

New renders apparently showing Samsung's new Galaxy S6 handset have leaked, Digital Spy reports.

The images are the latest to emerge ahead of the device's expected unveiling at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona early next month.

Third-party case maker OBLIQ revealed the images, which appear to reaffirm that the handset will measure in at 6.9 millimetres thick.

An improved camera is expected to be a standout feature on board the upcoming handset and Samsung has already disclosed that wireless charging is one of its areas of focus too.

Previous reports have have tipped the Galaxy S6 to feature a 5.5in QHD display, a 64-bit octa-core Exynos chip, 3GB of RAM and a 20-megapixel camera.

In a recent Digital Spy poll, the Galaxy S6 was named as the most anticipated next-generation smartphone for 2015.
