Anna Kendrick is paired with Zac Efron in a new romantic comedy "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates". The romcom is going to reunite the actress with her "Pitch Perfect" co-star Adam DeVine, according to AceShowbiz.

Efron and DeVine are set to portray a pair of hard-partying and immature brothers who place an online ad to find plus-ones for an upcoming wedding. Kendrick's character is described as a wild child with a romantic heart.

Funny or Die's Jake Szymanski will sit behind the lens for the movie. Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O'Brien, the duo who wrote 2014's Efron and Seth Rogen-starring R-rated comedy "Neighbors", are tapped to pen the script.

Anna Kendrick will reprise her "Pitch Perfect" role in the sequel "Pitch Perfect 2". She is also attached to star in a thriller "The Accountant" opposite Ben Affleck.
