Armenian Police Promises Reward for Contribution to Disclosing Murder of Shahen Ovasapyan
The Police of Armenia promises citizens of the Republic gratuity for contribution to disclosing the murder of head of the Operative and Investigation Department of the State Tax Service Shahen Ovasapyan, the Police Press Service told PanARMENIAN.Net. Yesterday Shahen Ovasapyan's service car was blown up in one of central streets of Yerevan. At the moment of explosion Sh. Ovasapyan's son Grigor Ovasapyan and driver Andranik Charchyan were also in the car and they stayed alive. While Shahen Ovasapyan himself died on the spot. A criminal case is filed on the fact of explosion on part 2 of article 104 of the Armenian Criminal Code - "calculated homicide with aggravation."
