The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active might be equipped with advanced waterproofing, but that hasn't stopped the device from leaking, Digital Spy reports.
The extra-durable version of the smartphone has been name-dropped on Samsung's US website prematurely, marking official confirmation of its existence.
It is mentioned on the page for Samsung Points - a rewards scheme the company runs in certain territories - and is yet to be removed at the time of writing.
Previous reports suggest that the Galaxy S6 Active will feature the same 5.1-inch Quad HD screen and octa-core Exynos 7420 processor as the other S6 handsets, along with enhanced water and dust-proofing.
It is also said to include 3GB of RAM, a 16-megapixel camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel camera on the front.
The listing on Samsung's website suggests that the phone is likely to be announced sooner rather than later.
