CSTO Member States Call on Georgian Leadership to Release Russian Military
The member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization call upon the Georgian leadership to immediately release the Russian military, says the statement of the CSTO Secretariat. Upon completion of the consultations the plenipotentiaries of the organization voiced "concern about the tensing situation that can lead to unpredictable consequences" and called the Georgian side to "balanced approach to the resolution of the existing problems." The CSTO includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
