Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov discussed Friday, July 17, the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on its website.

Also Friday, Lavrov referred to the issue during a meeting with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, emphasizing that it is high time to intensify efforts for settling the conflict.

"We'll be able to make progress in the near future,” Lavrov told Mammadyarov.
