VivaCell-MTS subscribers to “City Talks” postpaid tariff plan have an opportunity to use the new “Fast” service that allows switching to the “Personal” via the mobile phone.

To use this opportunity the subscriber needs to apply for the switch of the tariff plan by dialing *198# from the mobile phone and follow the instructions.

After submitting the application, subscriber’s phone number gets included in the corresponding list. In case the switching process is successfully completed, the switch to the “Personal” tariff plan is enabled on the first day of the next month.

To terminate the switch one should enter the *198# menu and choose the corresponding command.
