International Crisis Group (ICG) Caucasus Project Director Sabine Freizer stated that during the recent two months the sides fail to reach an agreement because of two questions - the status of Nagorno Karabakh and the issue of Lachin and Kelbajar. According to her, the sides should make extra steps to reach a compromise over the above-mentioned questions, reports RFE/RL.
