Armenian President to Visit Kazakhstan in November
Today newly appointed Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Armenia Aydimes Bozjigitov (residence in Almaty) handed credentials to RA President Robert Kocharian, reported the RA leader's press office. President Kocharian remarked he expects activation of the Armenian-Kazakh relations from the establishment of Kazakhstan's representation in Yerevan. According to the sides, the formal visit of Armenian President to Kazakhstan scheduled for November will convey a strong impulse to the development of relations. The interlocutors also noted that Armenia and Kazakhstan are CIS leaders in carrying out reforms. The Ambassador said he will first of all strive for activation of economic ties between the two states. In his words, the Armenian community of Kazakhstan should be an important factor contributing to bilateral cooperation.
