Turkey intends to continue making efforts to achieve a peaceful settlement for the Karabakh conflict based on “the principle of sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of borders of Azerbaijan, recognized at the international level,” Turkish Prime Minister said, according to Sputnik Azerbaijan.

“We also support the unity, territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia,” Ahmet Davutoglu said in his UN speech.

“The South Caucasus plays an important role in terms of peace, security and prosperity for all our neighbors. Unfortunately, the region remains fragile and weakened by three major conflicts, which are still unresolved,” Davutoglu said.
