The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Tuesday, October 27, with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Pierre Andrieu (France), James Warlick (USA), as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the Karabakh conflict settlement and situation along the contact line.

President Sahakyan noted that Azerbaijan’s aggressive policy and ceasefire violations, rejection of any constructive proposals threatens stability and peace in the region, undermining mediatory efforts.

The Karabakh leader stressed the importance of giving new impetus to maintenance of truce and detailing responsibility mechanisms for ceasefire violations, voicing Artsakh’s readiness to take an active part in the process.
