VivaCell-MTS announced price reduction for Startphone tariff plan.

Subscribing to Startphone tariff plan for 24 months when buying an Alcatel POP 3 smartphone from VivaCell-MTS service centers till January 31, 2016, users will pay a monthly fee of AMD 5900, down from the initial fee of AMD 6500.

Also, the 24-month tariff subscription enables users to buy the Alcatel smartphone for just AMD1.
