Armenia is hosting the 4th Regional Human Resources Management (HRM) Conference focusing on Human Resources Management and Personal Progress.

A number of local and international experts in HR Management, who presented a wide range of HR facilitation techniques and master classes, attended the conference. In the frames of the conference, a focus group discussion on the opportunities and challenges of introducing a dual education system took place.

The conference was organized with the support of VivaCell-MTS, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Zartprint publishing house.

Delivering remarks at the event, VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian noted that the most valuable asset of any company is the staff.

“The work of the Human Resources Unit impacts the value system adopted by the company, relationships between employees, career development of the staff, internal communication, success revealing the employees’ potential and helping them acquire knowledge. Meetings of this kind are very important in view of creating a healthy work environment and career development opportunities,” Yirikian said.

A major achievement for the conference is the representation of Erickson Coaching International, one of the leading international coaching schools, as well as that of Certified Manager (CM), in Armenia.
