The recurrent meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani President within the CIS Summit in Minsk on November 28 will not do harm to the settlement process, Armenian National Assembly Vice-speaker Vahan Hovhannisian told reporters in Yerevan today. "The efficiency of the meeting can hardly be foretold. Anyway meetings are essential. We shall see when the time comes," he remarked.

The agreement on the presidential meeting within the framework of the CIS Summit was achieved during the latest regional visit of the Co-chairs the OSCE Minsk Group on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
