VivaCell-MTS announced Tuesday, December 15 price reduction for MTS Smart Start smartphones from the Company's service centers ( AMD 19 900, down from AMD 34 900) till January 15, 2016.

On purchasing the smartphones, the users will get a package of 7500 MB Internet instead of 5000 MB and 5000 on-net minutes (the package can be activated only on prepaid numbers and consumed within 6 months after activation).
