VivaCell-MTS announced a Startphone tariff plan update, making it available for AMD 8500 fixed monthly fee, providing 5000 on-net minutes, 3000 MB of Internet and unlimited SMS (on fair usage condition – up to 1000 SMS within VivaCell-MTS network) every month.

Users can subscribe to the tariff plan for 18 and 24 months, enabling themselves to get a Samsung, Huawei, Lenovo, HTC and BLU smartphone for AMD 1.
