As the premiere date of The CW's Arrow and The Flash super spin-off DC's Legends of Tomorrow gets closer, the network is releasing more trailers to promote the series - and we're definitely not complaining, Digital Spy said.

Hot on the heels of last week's extended look at the legends' time travel adventures, our leads are gearing up to go retro and charge into the past as the latest teaser takes us firmly back in time to the 1970s.

Set to the glam rock strains of T. Rex's 'Get It On', Time Master Rip Hunter's (Arthur Darvill) hand-picked selection of heroes and villains need to travel back in time in order to save the future and Caity Lotz's Sara Lance/White Canary is more than up for the job.

Joined by Professor Martin Stein/Firestorm (Victor Garber), Mick Rory/Heatwave (Dominic Purcell), Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Jefferson Jackson/The other half of Firestorm (Franz Drameh), the unlikely group dubbed "humanity's last hope" raise some Hell in the past.

The series will also star Casper Crump as returning warlord Vandal Savage – as well as Neal McDonough as HIVE boss Damien Darhk and Mathew Nable as the seemingly-deceased Ra's al Ghul.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow kicks off on January 21, 2016 on The CW in the U.S.
