Baku: Results of Karabakh Negotiations in 2006 were Positive
The results of the Karabakh Negotiations in 2006 were positive, said Azeri FM Elmar Mamedyarov. He stressed that the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs also confirmed it. "We discussed a lot of questions.
