Nordavia to carry out regular Saint Petersburg – Yerevan flights

Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has authorized Nordavia CJSC to carry out Saint Petersburg - Yerevan - Saint Petersburg flights, B-port reports.

“By the decision of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Nordavia CJSC is assigned to carry passengers, cargo, baggage and mail from Saint Petersburg to Yerevan and back, scheduled to implement 3 flights a week,” a statement by Rosaviatsia reads.

“Nordavia has received all necessary permits from the Armenian aviation authorities,” Director of Information Policy and Corporate Communications at the air company, Viktor Anokshin, told B-port. “The process of coordinating schedules with Zvartnots airport in Yerevan and establishing tariffs is currently underway.”

The flight to Yerevan is Nordavia’s second international route, the first one being Tel Aviv.
